Here are a bunch of pictures from the last week or so. The girls and I went up to a family friend's cabin in the mountains this weekend. Oh what a nice break that was! Mackenzie plum wore herself out running around with the boys (James, Sammy & Dylon) and just enjoyed being outside with few boundaries. Adelynn slept most of the time so I really did have a relaxing time. The fresh air did us all some good. Brian came up Sunday evening so he got to spend a little time away too. Hopefully some day we can have our own cabin too for weekend getaways. It was a little rainy this weekend but we need the moisture so I'm not complaining. I actually missed the sound of rain since we get it so infrequently.
The drive up to the cabin. Our friends family has a cabin in the mountains NW of Woodland park. It was rainy most of the weekend but it made it even more relaxing I think.
Don't worry. I did stop to take these pictures. I wasn't driving and snapping at the same time.
A little hail along the way. I was just praying the pellets stayed small because I'd just had my windshield replaced the previous afternoon. That would have just been my luck!

Getting her first "professional" haircut. The kids get to sit in little cars and watch a movie on a tv screen in front of them. Thankfully they had a Barney movie to distract her because she got a little weirded out when they put the cape on her.
She kinda looks like my brother in this picture when he was that age. 
All done! She's playing with a video game while I pay. She looks like a little girl again. Too cute!
Adelynn loves watching the star light up on her Baby Einstein floor gym. She has the most adorable smiles.
