Dirt Digger

Are there any excavating companies looking to hire? I have just the perfect employee...then again maybe not; she's likely to eat all the profit! So here's the story: We've had this plant in the front entry forever. She loves to eat dirt, if you didn't already know and I was watering the plant thinking to myself, "I'm surprised Mackenzie hasn't found this yet. It's just the perfect height and full of dirt". Well she's playing nicely in her play area while I'm watering this plant and picking up a little. She was playing so well I thought I'd unload the dishwasher. As I'm finishing she crawls up to me and I notice all this stuff on her face. At first I thought she spit up and then I realized, we didn't eat anything brown for dinner...but she decided to have dirt for dessert! Here's what our little angel did:



I got a little upset at first because I do worry about her getting sick from eating too much dirt but I just had to laugh! Good lesson learned today: A quiet child likely means a child getting into trouble!
